Owen's Gotcha Day!

Yesterday was my "Gotcha Day"!  Even though it was raining for most of the day, Mommy and Daddy tried to make it as special as possible for me.  The day was filled with cuddling, playing and lots and lots of treats (since I'm more of a treat guy than a toy man)!  Check it out!

It was a wonderful way of remembering how 2 years ago I came here to be a foster dog and became part of the family! 

Special Guests!

This past week we had our cousins visiting us!  They are special guests because we don't get to see them very often as they live in the Poconos.  Anyways, we love when they come over 'cause it's more people to play with, cuddle with and of course-give us food!  Check out some of the things that we did together!
We watched movies
We cuddled on the couch
We went swimming
They introduced us to bubbles!
We can't wait till we see them again!

 

Wordless Wednesday

Summer Fun @ Abuelas

We love Sundays in the summer.  We spend the days at Abuela's and we play and play and then we get to EAT (my favorite part of course).  Maddy chases her frisbee all over the yard and into the pool.  She tries to jump across the pool, but she always lands in the pool.  Silly puggle.

I on the other hand try to relax in the shade or just dip my feet into the pool.  I want to make sure I don't over extert myself and hurt my tail again or be too tired that I can't enjoy the best part -- the BBQ.

Abuela is always trying to sneak us extra treats like Watermelon, tortillas or corn chips which I thoroughly enjoy of course.  But my favorite is when Mommy shares her corn with us.  Maddy eats it like a little lady-all slowly.  Not me b/c I know Mommy is going to try to take it back and give my corn to Maddy-since she makes us share!

Olympics Time!

Over at our house, we are BIG fans of the Olympic games.  We love watching all the events and cheering on our team.  Mommy likes to have an Olympics party too so that we can have a big cheering squad for team USA.

We're back!

Hello Furiends!  We are sorry we have been gone for so long, but it's been busy at our house what with it being new and Mommy and Daddy having to get it all set up!  But we've been having LOTS of fun and we are here to update you on it throughout this week :)

First, Owen's tail is back to working again.  Here is a picture of him on our new and improved deck with him wagging away.

There is a bench for me to continue my neighborhood watch from and a high table top so Owen doesn't eat the food Daddy is grilling up!
Didn't Scott and Daddy do a good job?  We miss getting to cuddle with him when he is done working for the day.

We are hoping Mommy and Daddy find another project for him soon so he comes back to visit.
